SAN DIEGO – May 30, 2014 – The San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce has chosen Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing as a finalist for the Excellence in Customer Service Award in the 2014 Small Business category. The award finalists were announced by former San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, now President and CEO of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. The awards will be presented June 17 at an awards banquet at the Omni San Diego Hotel.
Two other worthy nominees were also announced in this category: Bekkers Catering and My Lineage, Inc.
“We are honored to be a finalist for the Chamber’s Small Business Awards, especially for the customer service award,” said Gabriel Carini, President and CEO of Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing. “We have instituted a number of innovative customer service initiatives that start from when we receive inquiry calls or emails, to after sales and service calls. We track our customer satisfaction with customer reviews and by sending customer satisfaction surveys to all customers after service and sales calls and heating and air conditioning installations in San Diego.”
Carini noted that the company has been cited by a number of different third party organizations for customer service awards, including being presented with the Angie’s List Super Service Award for three years in a row; attaining a Triple A rating from the San Diego Better Business Bureau; and by being selected as a finalist in the San Diego Business Journals Best Family Owned Businesses.
